Big Leap Designs offers the following payment options:
Please be sure to write your order number on the cheque. Orders will not be processed until the cheque clears with our bank. Please make your cheques payable to Emma Eustace T/A Big Leap Designs and post to; Big Leap Designs, Bekan, Claremorris, Co. Mayo.
Taxes, Customs, Duties and VAT
Customs duties and taxes (non-U.S. destinations)
Import duties and/or taxes may be imposed by your local government on shipments from outside your country. These charges are separate from Big Leap Designs charges and are beyond our control or ability to predict. These charges (if any) are made payable to your government. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government. Please check with your local post office for more information.
Big Leap Designs is required by law to declare an accurate monetary value on all non-Irish shipments. We are unable to honor any requests to suppress the value of an order on the customs sticker.

What shipping options are available?
Shipping options vary depending on the type and quantity of merchandise you choose to buy and your shipping address. I always charge shipping at cost.
Smaller purchases for delivery within Ireland can be sent by regular post however larger purchases or fragile items will be sent via courier and will need to be signed for.
- For purchases up to €3.75 delivery within Ireland, the cost for delivery is €1
- For purchases up to €7.50 delivery within Ireland, the cost for delivery is €2.50
- For purchases up to €15 delivery within Ireland, the cost for delivery is €4.80.
- For purchases up to Euro 30, delivery within Ireland, the cost for delivery is €6.20
- For purchases of greeting cards over €30 delivery, within Ireland, is FREE
- Where regular post is used a certificate of posting will be obtained for each packet dispatched.
Shipping Options and Costs are displayed in the checkout stage before you buy. I will continuously review Shipping Options to bring you the best service possible. I use courier companies for delivery within Ireland, Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom.
I endeavour to despatch all orders the day I received them and these are generally delivered the next day, should there be any significant delay for any reason I will let you know.

Further Shipping Details
I hold stock of most items and aim to dispatch regular orders within 24 hours of receipt. Customers in Ireland should receive their parcel within 2-3 working days. Customers in the UK should receive their parcels within 7 working days.
Some items are special order such as personalised wedding and baby stationery. The delivery time for this service will vary depending on what items are ordered and how soon proofs are appoved. Personalised stationery is usually delivered within 2-3 weeks.
If you are ordering from outside the European Union (EU), it is possible that your order may be liable to local import duties and taxes. These vary from place to place and we recommend that you research these prior to placing an order as we cannot be liable or advise you on these charges.
In all cases your order will require a signature on delivery. If you know you are not going to be at home at the time of delivery, please provide me with an appropriate delivery address. I will happily deliver to your work address if you are not at home during the day. Please be sure to include both your billing address and your delivery address at the checkout.
How do I return an item?
I guarantee your satisfaction with all Big Leap Designs merchandise. You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges). This policy does not apply to personalised stationery where written approval / authorisation has been given to go ahead with the personalised order. Contact Big Leap Designs directly by any of the methods listed below to request return instructions. Be sure to include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
Be sure to send your return via an insured carrier. Big Leap Designs is not responsible for lost returns.
What do I do if there are damaged or defective items?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us using any of our contact details listed below. Be sure to include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. Also, please specify whether you prefer a replacement or a refund. We will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.
I returned an item. When will I receive my credit?
Please allow 4 weeks for domestic (Irish) returns to be processed or 4 to 6 weeks for all overseas returns. If you do not receive credit for your return within the time frames shown above, please trace your return shipment using the tracking number provided to you by the shipper when you shipped the package. If the tracking information indicates that Big Leap Designs has received the package, please notify us using any of the contact methods listed below. Be sure to include your order number. Big Leap Designs is not responsible for lost returns.
